  • Acting as the focal point and escalation route for all aspects of the project/programme.
  • Identifying, addressing, and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groups.
  • Organising and chairing project/programme review meetings, and reporting areas requiring executive decisions.

Who we are looking for :

At Rolls-Royce we embrace agility, are bold, pursue collaboration and seek simplicity in everything we do.  These principles form our values and behaviours and are an essential component of our assessment process and are fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.

  • Ideally has exposure to non-core project management roles such as manufacturing, planning & control, purchasing, commercial, engineering management etc.
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience of project management and project controls practices, including schedule, risk, performance and financial management; desirably on complex projects in a production/manufacturing environment.
  • Sound knowledge of project management systems such as SAP, Primavera P6 and how these integrate.

We’re an equal opportunities employer.  We’re committed to developing a diverse workforce and an inclusive working environment.  We believe that people from different backgrounds and cultures give us different perspectives and the more perspectives we have, the more successful we’ll be.  By building a culture of respect and appreciation, we give everyone who works here the opportunity to realise their full potential.
